Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present product/service offerings persuasively to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the US market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
