Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters specializing in US staffing to join our growing team in Noida. The role is focused on contract hiring across a range of healthcare domains, including Allied Healthcare, Locum Tenens, Behavioral Health, and Non-clinical roles. This is a full-time onsite position requiring presence in our Noida office, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract roles in Allied Health, Locum, Behavioral Health, and Non-clinical sectors
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements
• Handle offer negotiations and assist with onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring cycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with a focus on contract staffing
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
• Proficiency with major sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.
