We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with 15 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Recruit for roles such as:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Physicians
- Allied Healthcare Professionals
- Medical Coders
- Conduct initial screening and technical validation calls
- Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate interviews with clients and manage offer negotiation
- Maintain candidate pipeline and meet monthly hiring targets
- Work closely with account managers and US clients
Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology and job roles
- Experience working on W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models
- Knowledge of US time zones and client communication
- Experience using ATS systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
