Customer Service Associate -International BPO (Voice process)

Location- Malad,Andheri,Thane, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode - Work from office 

Shift- US|UK|AUS (24/7)

Working :5 Days working | 2 Rotational Offs

Job Description:

Handle customer queries via calls in an inernational voice process

Provide accurate information and resolve customer customer issues

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow company guidelines, processes and compliance standards

Update customer records and maintain proper documentation

Eligibility:

HSC/GRADUATE Freshers welcome

0-5 years Experience (Freshers & Experienced Both can apply)

Salary : 18,000 - 55,000 in Hand + incentives

Hike on last drawn salary

Salary depends on interview performance & experience

Process Available:

Banking / Telecom & Healthcare
