Urgently hiring For SAP EWM Consultant

We are urgently hiring a skilled SAP EWM Consultant (Business Analyst) to analyze and enhance operational processes by identifying business needs, capturing high-level requirements, and proposing effective solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support and improve SAP S/4HANA, particularly focusing on EWM, and contributing to ERP-related process improvements and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• analyze business operations to identify improvement opportunities and define business requirements
• serve as a liaison between IT and business units to understand needs and propose technology solutions
• translate user requirements into clear functional specifications for project teams and consultants
• participate in all ERP project phases – discover, build, test, deploy
• map and document business processes for clarity and alignment
• define outcome-based metrics and performance indicators
• resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and process optimization
• support SAP configuration and process alignment by collaborating with global teams
• create and maintain training materials, and conduct user training sessions
• ensure usability standards and architectural consistency are upheld
• engage in use case and user story development with defined acceptance criteria
• support ERP through process improvement methods including RPA if applicable

Travel Requirement:

• initial 2-week onsite visit in Sanand, India
• 4-6 week visit to Ohio, USA for SAP configuration training
• additional 2-week visits to international locations for training/localization
• 2-week onsite support during go-live and hyper care
• periodic short-term travel to Sanand as per project demands
