Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Vertical Sales Head with strong expertise in digital communication media and marketing services. This individual will lead and manage the sales team across metro regions in India, drive client acquisition strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for services and business development
• Implement sales strategies tailored to different geographic regions
• Achieve new business targets through effective team and process management

• Develop targeted sales and marketing propositions
• Report sales performance against targets and budgets to senior leadership
• Oversee market intelligence gathering and share insights on industry trends
• Ensure quality customer acquisition and service delivery in coordination with operations
• Recruit, train, and evaluate a high-performing sales team
• Motivate the team to deliver exceptional results across all markets
• Establish and manage performance tracking systems for the sales function
• Continuously assess and improve the sales and marketing plan
