The Centre Head will be responsible for overall operations, learning strategy implementation, team management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with proven leadership and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to achieve business and educational objectives.
- Manage and supervise a team of educators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, parents, and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centre, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

- Drive innovation in teaching methodologies, curriculum delivery, and operational processes.
Qualifications & Experience
