Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and ensure effective communication between the agency and clients.
- Drive client strategy by understanding business goals and translating them into communication objectives.
- Work closely with internal creative, media, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are on time and aligned with brand expectations.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, proposals, and communication plans.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help pitch new business when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate insights into client strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering innovative and results-driven communication strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in client servicing or strategy roles within an advertising agency, media, or communication industry.
- Strong background in handling integrated communication projects.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Relevant academic qualifications in public relations, mass communication, or management from a reputed institute.
