Job Summary
The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and delivering on client marketing needs across different industries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure project success. The role also involves contributing to business growth by maximizing revenue from existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and exceed client expectations on all aspects of 360-degree marketing
Interact with clients daily to understand project requirements and campaign goals
Understand clients business, target audience, and marketing needs across industries
Coordinate with creative, media, and technical teams for campaign execution
Maintain process documentation and generate regular client reports
Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of all client projects
Drive additional revenue through existing client relationships and business units
Motivate internal teams to generate more business from current accounts
Collaborate with business development team on new pitches and presentations
Handle proposals, negotiations, and closure of business deals
