Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Assist users with issues related to operating systems, office applications, and other software.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Respond to support requests in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
