Description

We are urgently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems and applications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
Assist users with IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and manage IT inventory and documentation.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on desktop systems.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common desktop applications.
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
