We are urgently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users and will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with hardware components, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should possess a customer-oriented mindset.
