Description

We are urgently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
Update customer data and produce activity reports.
Create technical documentation and manuals for users.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common applications.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users.
