ICICI Lombard is looking for a Unit Sales Manager for the Agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing insurance advisors, driving motor insurance sales, achieving business targets, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and train insurance advisors/agents
Generate motor insurance business (car, bike, CV)
Achieve monthly sales targets
Support and motivate agents to increase productivity
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
1-5 Years Of Sales Experience (insurance Preferred)
Good communication and team management skills
