Role Description
The Unit Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Lucknow. The Unit Manager will recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to boost sales performance, motivating and mentoring advisors, monitoring progress towards goals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will oversee team productivity, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide regular reports to senior management about performance metrics and market trends.
