Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sr. UKGWFM Consultant to join our team. As a Sr. UKG WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions). This is a hybrid position supporting our team in India.
What you'll do:
- Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment.
- Partner with our clients to help configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions such as, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Advanced Scheduling, and Forecasting.
- Demonstrate a comfortable ability working across many verticals, such as: Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Production, etc.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems.
- Assist in mentoring other WFM Consultant teammates through their projects, and delegate solutioning as needed.
- Draw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling solutions to help clients solve business problems through their WFM system.
- Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications.
- Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specifications.
- Model Mosaic's customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed!
How you'll be measured:
- Maintaining target utilization rate
- Maintaining Core and Advanced Scheduling UKG certification and to be considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Completion of projects on with a focus on a high-quality deliverable and client experience
- Mentoring WFM Consultants through first projects and delegating functional solutions to others.
- Strong ability to develop complex functional design solutions in the product (or specialty area) that meet clients needs.
- Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients, resulting in customer retention.
- Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping, scheduling, and maintaining your client workload in a professional, timely manner.

Need to haves:
- 5+ years of HRIS consulting experience.
- Expert UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling configuration.
- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
Nice to haves:
- A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
- UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling certifications
