Application Consultant UKG:
- Consulting and implementing UKG Workforce Central solutions. Developing solutions using UKG workforce management software that meets customer requirements.
- Facilitating workshopsto identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer.
- Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding (application orientation) during handover of the system.
- Consulting customers on system configuration, industry specific featuresand system processes and procedures.
- Communicating with customers in a timely,professional manner and escalating issuesto the Project Manager as necessary.
Qualification:
In order to be successful in this role,you will need to have the followingskills, attributes, and experience:
- Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent in Computer Scienceor related field.
- Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.
- 3-5 years'experience in implementing UKG Workforce Timekeeper and UKG Workforce Advanced Accruals.
- Experience in implementing UKG Workforce AdvancedScheduling, Workforce Activities, Workforce Absence Management, Workforce Analytics would be an added advantage.
- Excellent technical understanding of OperatingSystems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
