Roles & responsibilities
KPMG Delivery Network is currently seeking a Change Management Assistant Manager/ Consultant (specialist / IC role) for the Human Capital Advisory (HCA) practice. The role will support client engagements across workforce transformation and technology-enabled transformation programs, delivering end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) services.
•Participate in client delivery teams focusing on the people, behavioral, cultural, process, and technology dimensions of large-scale transformations.
•Support workforce and operating model changes including role redesign, skills and capability shifts, new ways of working, and HR transformation initiatives.
•Support change management for technology programs such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, D365), ServiceNow, Salesforce, digital workplace, analytics, and automation initiatives.
•Identify and analyze change impacts, assess organizational readiness, and support development of change strategies that mitigate risk and maximize adoption,
•Create actionable change deliverables that support stakeholder understanding, manage resistance, and enable user readiness.
•Design and deliver change solutions using established change frameworks and behavioral change methods.
•Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and program teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and optimization of change delivery approaches.
•Translate transformation objectives into clear case for change, change vision, and adoption goals.
•Align change activities with program milestones, governance forums, and delivery cadence in coordination with transformation leadership.
•Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and segmentation, including persona mapping and impact profiling.
•Support leadership alignment journeys, including sponsor enablement and leadership action planning.
•Operate and manage change networks / change champion models to drive adoption at scale.
•Execute Change Impact Assessments (CIA) covering role-based, process, and technology impacts.
•Design and run business readiness assessments, adoption tracking, and go-live readiness checkpoints.
•Develop and execute communication strategies and plans, including targeted messaging by stakeholder group and geography.
•Create high-quality communication assets such as leadership messages, email campaigns, intranet content, videos, and go-live materials.
•Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support role-based training strategies aligned to adoption risks.
•Support development and rollout of training materials and train-the-trainer approaches.
Work experience
•Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Organizational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, or Transformation Consulting.
•Proven experience delivering change initiatives across both workforce / people transformation and technology-enabled transformation programs.
•Experience working on large, complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs, preferably in global or matrixed environments.
•Prior experience in consulting or professional services organizations is preferred.
•Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices, including frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent.
•Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and organizational readiness planning.
•Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels, translating transformation objectives into actionable change plans.
•Strong communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
•High levels of accountability, independence, and delivery orientation, with a proven ability to own outcomes end-to-end
•Strong understanding of change impacts arising from technology, process, and data transformations, and translating these into actionable change and enablement plans
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels.
•Strong leadership skills and innovative mindset; able to drive continuous improvements and process optimizations.
•Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
•Ability to maintain executive presence in boardroom meetings and senior management presentations.
•Experience with client interactions, business development, cost negotiation, and pre-sales activities for more senior roles is an added advantage.
Educational and other information
Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Certification: PROSCI/APMG /CCMP credential preferred.
