• Develop capacity plans aligned with demand forecasts, productivity assumptions, and service level targets
• Monitor forecast accuracy and business performance to identify risks and variances
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with operations teams to translate capacity plans into staffing strategies
• Support scenario planning and surge planning for demand fluctuations
• Maintain documentation of forecasting models, assumptions, and processes
• Provide regular reporting on forecast performance and workforce trends
• Collaborate with data science and business teams to incorporate new business drivers into forecasting models
• Continuously improve forecasting models and planning processes for better accuracy and efficiency
