Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive with experience in UK and/or US accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality financial reporting for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for UK/US clients
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Work on VAT returns (UK)
- Support payroll processing and related compliance
- Coordinate with clients for data, queries, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / US GAAP standards
- Work on accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in UK/US accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work in UK/US shift
