Join GiGa-Ops Global Solutions to own UK-focused hiring initiatives from sourcing to onboarding while working on-site from India and partnering closely with hiring managers in UK timezones.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for UK IT roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
- Execute proactive sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean strategies to build pipelines for software, DevOps and data roles.
- Perform technical screening to assess skills, map candidate fit and brief hiring managers with structured scorecards.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships in the UK market—translate role requirements, deliver market insights and agree SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with UK Right to Work checks, candidate documentation and pre-employment verifications.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS, track recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- Proven track record recruiting IT/technical roles for the UK market
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Advanced Boolean search and proactive sourcing techniques
- Experience conducting technical screenings for software/DevOps/data roles
- Knowledge of UK Right to Work checks and candidate compliance processes
Preferred
- Experience recruiting across cloud, backend, DevOps and data engineering roles
- Familiarity with UK onboarding and payroll basics
- Recruitment accreditation or membership (REC or equivalent)
