Job Description

Our client, an integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturing company, are seeking a high-drive recruiter who can manage volume hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, finance, projects, and support roles.
  • Drive high-volume sourcing using:
  • o Naukri RMS (deep search)
  • o LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Hiring tools
  • o Advanced Boolean search across platforms
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers; deliver within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide weekly dashboards, insights, and accurate updates.
  • Collaborate with internal TA team for offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Ensure process discipline and compliance.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including volume hiring across multiple functions.
  • Expertise in digital sourcing using Naukri RMS (deep search), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and TA teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create dashboards, track SLAs, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-engagement capabilities.
  • High process discipline, speed of execution, and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
