Our client, an integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturing company, are seeking a high-drive recruiter who can manage volume hiring.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, finance, projects, and support roles.
- Drive high-volume sourcing using:
- o Naukri RMS (deep search)
- o LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Hiring tools
- o Advanced Boolean search across platforms
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers; deliver within agreed SLAs.
- Provide weekly dashboards, insights, and accurate updates.
- Collaborate with internal TA team for offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure process discipline and compliance.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including volume hiring across multiple functions.
- Expertise in digital sourcing using Naukri RMS (deep search), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and TA teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create dashboards, track SLAs, and provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-engagement capabilities.
- High process discipline, speed of execution, and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
