Job Summary
The Platform Solutions Consultant supports TriNet's cloud and platform-based products by delivering operational, analytical, and process-driven support across webinars, reporting, case management, and system utilization. This role is responsible for executing daily, weekly, and monthly platform support activities, ensuring accurate reporting, seamless webinar execution, and high-quality data across multiple enterprise applications.
This position plays a critical role in enabling Platform Solutions teams by managing platform-related workflows, supporting client-facing webinars, maintaining system hygiene, and producing operational insights through reporting and analytics. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems, and the ability to manage recurring deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily platform operational tasks including Cloud case monitoring, closed case reporting, and inbox management across Platform Solutions support channels.
- Support end-to-end webinar operations including pre-work validation, attendance tracking, in-session asset updates, post-webinar case logging, and survey administration.
- Perform system-based reporting and analytics including utilization reports, audit reports, hard error reports, hashtag cleanup, and month-end operational dashboards.
- Manage on-demand and scheduled reporting requests across platforms such as Cloud, Platform Solutions, Reporting & Analytics, Learning, Workplace Safety, and Payroll.
- Maintain data accuracy and system hygiene by monitoring queues, cleaning up cases, refreshing pivot tables, and ensuring proper tagging and documentation.

- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to support process changes, role expansion initiatives, and continuous improvement of webinar and platform delivery models.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Run and distribute daily Cloud Case and Platform Closed Case reports
- Monitor and manage Intro Case queues ensuring timely outreach and data completeness
- Maintain and clean Cloud Product Support inboxes
- Support live and on-demand webinars including pre-work validation, asset updates, post-webinar case logging, and feedback tracking
- Create and maintain quarterly webinar schedules
- Generate monthly operational reports including Hard Error Reports, utilization metrics, webinar volume, and feedback summaries
- Perform Excel-based analysis including pivot table refreshes, hashtag cleanup, and data consolidation
- Support on-demand reporting requests across multiple platforms and applications Ensure consistent execution using knowledge articles, SOPs, and documentation standards
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in operations, platform support, reporting, analytics, or system administration roles
- Experience supporting global or US-based teams is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- High attention to detail with strong process adherence
- Ability to manage recurring deliverables across daily, weekly, and monthly cadences
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, LMS, Applicant Tracking, and Performance Management platforms – Preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to evolving processes and role expansion initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
