Job Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces that provide delightful user experiences. You'll contribute to all phases of the design process—from initial research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation. Your role will focus on understanding user needs, creating intuitive designs, and ensuring a seamless user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights. Analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for design improvements.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design ideas and user flows.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications while adhering to brand guidelines and best design practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with product goals and are implemented effectively.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay Current: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design.
• Deeply care about the full user experience, from the moment users touch the product through related journeys.
• Manage competing priorities and act on decisions in the face of ambiguity.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a professional or agency setting.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other similar platforms.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Framer or After-effects.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and web/mobile platform constraints.
• Knowledge of design principles, usability best practices, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, from research to final implementation, showcasing UI and UX design projects.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering user-centered solutions.
