Senior UI/UX Designer

Location & Type: Delhi - Work from office | Contract (3–5 Months)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own the end-to-end user experience across Griphic and its AI-powered products.

This role is about solving problems through thoughtful design, not just creating beautiful interfaces.

You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences that simplify complex workflows and help shape the future of AI-driven products.

What You'll Do

Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and enterprise applications.

Own the complete design process from user research and user flows to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and developer handoff.

Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and impactful product experiences.

Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.

Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Present design concepts, communicate design decisions, and take projects from concept to implementation with minimal supervision.

Stay updated with evolving UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

Strong skills in

• Figma (mandatory)
• User research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles
• Wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
• Design systems and component libraries
• Responsive and accessible design
• Creating intuitive experiences for web and enterprise applications
• Strong visual design, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects

Good to have

• Experience designing AI, SaaS, or enterprise products
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in Agile environments
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation constraints
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
