As a
UI/UX Designer, the candidate will drive the creation of intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role demands expertise in user-centered design methodologies, strong proficiency in design tools, and hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability audits to uncover insights and define design opportunities.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products.
- Apply design thinking and ideation methods to solve user experience challenges.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead usability testing efforts and iterate on design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for new features and products.
- Optimize digital interfaces to improve retention rates, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX best practices and emerging trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Demonstrable skills in wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, and design strategy.
- Expertise in Figma, Miro, Photoshop, and related design tools.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful design projects and collaborating effectively in teams.
- Certification in UI/UX or Design Bootcamp is a plus.
