Job Description

Design and Prototyping:
Experience with Figma is a must.
Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project requirements and latest design trends.
Conducting thorough user research and testing to comprehend user needs and behaviors.
Crafting user personas, user journeys, user flows, and wireframes.
Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
Implementing the latest design trends and best practices to ensure an optimal user experience and accessibility.
Iterate designs based on client feedback, user testing results, and evolving project needs.
User Research and Testing:
Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviours, preferences, and pain points.
Organize and execute usability testing sessions, incorporating findings to enhance the overall user experience.
Development Collaboration:
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
Provide necessary design assets, documentation, and support to facilitate the development process.
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather comprehensive project requirements.
Conduct workshops or meetings to elicit user needs, preferences, and business objectives.
Translate gathered requirements into actionable design solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Client Communication:
Interface with clients to understand their vision, goals, and expectations for the project.
Present design concepts and rationale, incorporating client feedback into the iterative design process.
Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in prototyping tools like ProtoPie, After Effects, or Principle.
A strong understanding of Figma features, including Auto Layout, Variables, and Design Systems.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
A robust portfolio showcasing design projects that highlight your skills and creativity.
Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
