This role is for a mid-level UI/UX Designer working in a hybrid Bengaluru setup.
Primary Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Bengaluru, Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user interfaces for web and mobile productstranslate product requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Run user research activities and usability tests; synthesize insights into actionable UX improvements and design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define interaction patterns, hand off assets, and ensure pixel-accurate implementation.
- Develop and maintain reusable components and documentation for a scalable design system and pattern library.
- Iterate on designs using analytics, user feedback, and A/B test results to improve conversion, retention, and task completion metrics.
- Own end-user journeys and accessibility considerations to deliver inclusive, responsive experiences across devices.

- Experience working in hybrid teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in product and engineering.
