- As a UI/UX Designer at TechUp Labs, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly interfaces and creating engaging user experiences for our products
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, youll be responsible for developing visually appealing and intuitive designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (eg, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for understanding the technical feasibility of designs.
- Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
