About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of user experience principles. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our digital products, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create seamless, engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction. Your expertise in Figma and micro-animation will be vital in bringing designs to life, creating intuitive user flows, and elevating the overall user experience. Exposure to front-end development or coding languages will be considered a valuable asset, enabling more effective communication with development teams and ensuring design feasibility.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in UI/UX design for digital products, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a solid understanding of usability, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. Experience designing micro-animations, transitions, and interactive states is highly desirable. Candidates should possess the ability to think holistically about user journeys, not just individual screens, and be capable of translating complex ideas into simple, elegant designs. A background in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus, as it facilitates better collaboration with developers and understanding of technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design thoughtful micro-interactions and animations that enhance usability, provide feedback, and delight users, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals, translating them into practical and innovative design solutions.
- Maintain consistency across all digital assets by adhering to established design systems and style guides, ensuring brand coherence and usability.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible for implementation, providing necessary assets, specifications, and support throughout the development process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, iterating on designs to improve functionality and user satisfaction continually.
