Role Description

We are seeking a User Interface Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves creating high-quality user interface designs, producing interactive mockups, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into seamless design solutions. The responsibilities also include enhancing the user experience and ensuring the consistency and usability of designs across various devices and software platforms.

Qualifications

Should Have 7+ Yrs of experience in UI UX Designing.

• Lead end-to-endUI/UX designfor web-based products and dashboards
• Designdata-intensive dashboards, analytics views, and enterprise workflows
• Convert complex business and technical requirements intosimple, intuitive user interfaces
• Createwireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Establish and maintaindesign systems, UI standards, and reusable components
• Conductuser research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define UX strategy and roadmap
