We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 45 years of experience who can think beyond screens and push the product forward. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, user-centric experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and user goals.
  • Lead user research interviews, usability tests, and data interpretation, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually polished interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Drive design direction while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Develop detailed user personas, journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
  • Conduct end-to-end usability testing and iterate designs based on findings.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation and resolve UI/UX challenges.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, evolving UX patterns, and new tools and technologies, bringing fresh thinking to the team.
  • Provide mentorship, design critiques, and guidance to junior designers to maintain overall design quality.
  • Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization and influence product decisions through design expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 45 years of solid UI/UX design experience, with a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
  • Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and UX research methods.
  • Excellent visual design sensibility with a strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
  • Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience designing for responsive, mobile-first environments; familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.
