Job Title: UI Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on clarity, usability, and aesthetics.
- Translate wireframes, user journeys, and business requirements into high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain UI components, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with UX designers to align visual design with user research and behavioral data.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of interactive designs.
- Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles across deliverables.
- Stay updated on UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-5+ years of experience in UI design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interface design across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of visual design principleslayout, typography, color theory.
- Experience designing for accessibility and responsive design.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with motion design, micro interactions, or prototyping.
- Experience with design systems
- Understanding of front-end development and collaboration with developers.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
