Job Description

We are looking for a Lead UI/ UX designer who is interested in creating trends and thrives on details. You should have a strong interest in creating user interface applications with pixel-perfect looks, feels, and designs. Also, the ideal candidate should have an eye for artful design, possess UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

· Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

· Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, B2B product requirements.

· Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.

· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

· Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

· Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams.

· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

· Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

· Work independently to deliver detailed designs and components to agile development teams and refine as necessary during product sprints.

· Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.

· Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven work experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

· Should have experience in end-to-end user-centric and creative design.

· Any UI/UX Design Certification is an add on.

· Experience in Fintech is an added advantage.

· Experience with mobile and/or web-based design.

· Portfolio of design projects

· Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.

· A keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to high levels of detail.

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills.

· Good time-management skills.
