Primary Title: Product Designer (UI/UX)
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing technology product & engineering company operating in digital product design and enterprise web & mobile applications. We design customer-facing and internal SaaS experiences across B2B and B2C domains and ship polished, user-centered interfaces that drive adoption and retention. This role is based in India and requires full-time on-site presence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products: research, ideation, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear design solutions and acceptance criteria.
- Run and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research and usability tests to validate concepts and iterate rapidly.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products.
- Handoff pixel-perfect designs and documentation to development teams, support implementation, and verify final UI against specs.
- Advocate for accessibility, performance and UX best practices; measure impact through user metrics and qualitative feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and/or mobile applications.
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows; experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Practical experience conducting user research and usability testing; ability to synthesize insights into actionable designs.
- Solid interaction design and information architecture skills with strong visual design sensibility.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals and effective handoff practices to engineering teams.
Preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS products or B2B workflows and complex data-heavy interfaces.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Miro and developer handoff tools like Zeplin/Storybook.
