Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Turn complex ideas into simple, delightful experiences.
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and senior designers to take designs from concept to launch.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Help shape and evolve our design system as Minfy's products grow.
  • Keep learning, experimenting, and pushing what's possible in UX

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years of professional UX design experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your process not just final visuals, but how you arrived there.
  • Usage of AI in design to empower and optimize the process
  • Curiosity, sense of humor, humility, and a love for collaborative work.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have worked in a startup environment
  • Have a degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline
  • Have startup experience or worked on aerospace or real estate projects.
  • Have experience building or maintaining design systems
  • Basic understanding of front end coding (HTML, CSS etc)
