Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 34 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX tools, UX processes, visual design, and product thinking, with a deep understanding of how systems, integrations, and applications work.

Candidates with a Fine Arts or Visual Design background will be given first preference. A strong portfolio (Behance or PDF) showcasing end-to-end UX and UI work is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Execute end-to-end UX process: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, testing
• Create high-fidelity UI and scalable design systems
• Improve product usability through data, feedback, and UX insights
• Collaborate with product managers and developers for smooth implementation
• Apply strong graphic design principles across all interfaces
• Ensure designs align with technical feasibility and system integrations
• Follow iOS, Android, and web platform guidelines

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Advantage)

• Fine Arts / Visual Design / Applied Arts background
• Experience working on product-based or SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of usability testing, analytics, and user behavior
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend frameworks
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
