Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will join Pixster Studio's expanding design team to support the creation of intuitive, scalable experiences used by millions. You will work directly with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create design solutions that are functionally elegant, visually compelling, and user-focused. This role is ideal for designers who are eager to grow their craft, contribute to real-world product challenges, and build experiences that resonate with a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and evolution of multiple consumer and utility products
  • Assist in building and maintaining scalable design systems across platforms
  • Utilize Figma tools (Auto Layout, Components, Variables) to craft a consistent UI
  • Design interfaces that solve user problems with clarity and simplicity
  • Help define thoughtful micro-interactions and transitions
  • Translate established design standards (e.g., HIG, Material Design) into practical UI solutions
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff
  • Actively seek feedback, refine designs quickly, and iterate toward excellence

What We Expect from You

  • 2+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX (internships count)
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong thinking and execution (real or academic projects accepted)
  • Competence in Figma workflows (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping)
  • Awareness of visual design fundamentals, such as typography and color
  • Enthusiasm for designing across platforms - iOS, Android, Web
  • A mindset oriented toward learning, growth, and collaboration
  • Clear and effective communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to Framer or other prototyping/no-code tools
  • Involvement in UX research or usability testing
  • Interest in motion design or advanced prototyping
  • Familiarity with design tokens and scalable design workflows
