We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences.
Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing seamless, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS products. This role requires a strong balance of creative design sensibility, user experience expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile SaaS applications.
- Ensure designs adhere to established UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines.
User Research & Insights
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, pain points, and preferences.
- Translate research insights into actionable design decisions and user flows.
Prototyping & Wireframing
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Visualise and validate design concepts through rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.
Usability Testing
- Plan and conduct usability testing to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse feedback and data to continuously enhance the user experience.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, AI-driven design solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to improving internal design workflows, processes, and standards.
Design Tools & Software
- Figma UI design, screens, and design systems
- FigJam Collaboration, user flows, ideation
- Rork AI-assisted UI generation
- Framer Interactive and motion-based prototyping
- Lovable AI AI-driven UX ideation and wireframes
- Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, preferably with SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail with a strong passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
