Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver high-quality interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.

Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

Design intuitive navigation and interaction patterns.

User Interface Design

Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Develop responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.

Maintain design consistency across products and platforms.

Prototyping & Testing

Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity.

Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently.

Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Design System & Documentation

Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.

Document design specifications for development handoff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 24 years in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design work.

Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.

Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, HTML/CSS knowledge.
