Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer to create visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual design, including layout, color, typography, and branding, and will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital interfaces and visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design UI screens, layouts, icons, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain visual design systems and reusable design components.
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Developers, and Marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Design marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, presentations, and social media creatives.
- Ensure visual consistency across products, platforms, and communication channels.
- Translate concepts, wireframes, and requirements into high-fidelity visual designs.
- Participate in design reviews and effectively incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Support the team in improving overall product aesthetics and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, branding, and digital creative work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD) or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual composition.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Exposure to HTML/CSS fundamentals.
