Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Product & Design Team in Chennai. This role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms that enhance user experience and interface interaction. A deep understanding of design principles and a passion for problem-solving through design are essential. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, Marketing, and Business, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of design with business objectives.

Candidates must attend the interview in-person (F2F only). Please be aware that there will also be a practical assessment on the same day, and candidates are required to bring their own laptop for the F2F interview.
Position Details:
- Position: UI/UX Designer
- Department: Creative/Product
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 Years
- Location: Bengaluru or Chennai
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F Only)
- Work Environment: Work from Office
- Work Schedule: Mon to Sat (1st Saturday of the month is a day off)
- Joining Requirement: Immediate joining to 15 days is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
User Interface Design
- Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for the ORCA trading platform across mobile and web.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement UI designs that align with business goals.
User Experience & Research
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user flows.
- Translate insights into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Tools & Prototyping
- Use Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to develop high-fidelity mockups.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and gather feedback.
Visual Design
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms and uphold brand guidelines.
- Design icons, buttons, and other UI elements as needed.
Technical Skills Required:
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in fintech, trading, or investment platforms is an added advantage.
