UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile products. This role requires strong design skills, a user-centered mindset, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design style guides and UI standards
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, processes, and outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Certification in UI/UX design or a related specialization
