Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Dadar (Mumbai) - Della Townships
Working Days: Six days a week
Role Overview
Della Townships is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience designing premium digital experiences, preferably within luxury real estate or lifestyle brands. The role involves designing intuitive, visually refined digital interfaces aligned with luxury brand positioning across websites, apps, marketing platforms, and customer-facing digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Experience Strategy & Design
Develop seamless user journeys, wireframes, and user flows for digital platforms focused on luxury township and real estate customer experiences.
2. UI Design & Visual Execution
Create elegant, brand-aligned interface designs maintaining luxury aesthetics across web and mobile platforms.
3. Product & Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, branding, sales, and technology teams to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
4. Prototyping & Usability Testing
Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine and optimize digital experiences.
5. Brand Consistency Across Platforms
Ensure all digital interfaces reflect Della's premium positioning and maintain consistent design standards.
6. Design System & Asset Management
Contribute to and maintain UI components, style guides, and design systems for scalability across platforms.
Required Skills
. Experience designing websites, mobile apps, or digital platforms for premium brands.
. Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
. Strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and responsive design.
. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
. Ability to collaborate with developers and marketing teams.
. Strong portfolio demonstrating premium UI/UX execution.
Preferred Experience
. Experience in real estate, township projects, hospitality, or luxury brand platforms.
. Exposure to customer journey design for property buyers or luxury consumers.
. Experience designing digital sales or marketing platforms.
