Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 12 years of hands-on experience who can work closely with our software development team to design clear, logical, and scalable user experiences. The ideal candidate understands user journeys, application states, and interaction flows, and can translate complex system behavior into intuitive interfaces.

This role values product thinking, clarity, and collaboration with engineers over purely visual design or tool-driven output.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with developers and product managers to understand system logic, workflows, and technical constraints

Design and document user flows, screen transitions, and interaction patterns

Clearly define and design for UX states (loading, empty, error, success, disabled, edge cases)

Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products

Ensure designs are implementation-ready, with clear specifications for engineering teams

Participate in design reviews and iterate based on user feedback and technical input

  • Maintain consistency across products using design systems and reusable components

Required Skills & Experience :

12 years of experience in UI/UX design (full-time, internship, or contract)

Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, information architecture, and interaction design

Ability to think in terms of flows, states, and system behavior, not just screens

Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Comfortable explaining design decisions to engineers and stakeholders
  • Logical, structured thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle feedback constructively

AI & Tools Philosophy

The role is AI-agnostic: strong design thinking is required regardless of tools

AI tools may be used optionally, but design reasoning must stand on its own

  • Emphasis on clarity, consistency, and problem-solving, not automation

Good to Have :

Basic understanding of frontend concepts (components, responsiveness, breakpoints)

Experience designing form flows, validations, multi-step journeys, or dashboards

Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards

  • Portfolio showing real product work, flows, or system-heavy designs

What We Offer :

Deep collaboration with a software engineering team

Opportunity to work on real-world, system-driven products

Clear ownership and impact on product quality

  • Growth path toward senior or product-focused design roles
