Thecore product is already built, and user flows are finalized. We are now looking tocompletely revamp the UI/UX designto make the platform modern, clean, and highly usable.

Role Overview

We are looking for aUI/UX Designerwho can redesign our platform interface and create amodern SaaS dashboard experience.

This role focuses onvisual design and usability improvement, not product strategy.

You will work closely with the founding team to translate existing product flows into aclean, scalable design system and interface.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

1 Wireframes

Create low to mid fidelity wireframes defining:

• layout
• content hierarchy
• information structure
• usability of key screens

2 High Fidelity UI

Design complete UI screens including:

• modern dashboard layouts
• data visualization components
• responsive layouts
• intuitive navigation

3 Design System

Create reusable components such as:

• buttons
• input fields
• dropdowns
• cards
• tables
• navigation sidebars
• modals
• tabs
• analytics widgets

Components should be built using:

• Figma components
• Auto Layout

Key Screens to Design

The platform includes screens such as:

• Login / Signup
• Dashboard
• Test analytics
• Error notebook
• Student performance page
• Test generator
• Question review page
• Institute admin panel
• Reports
• Settings

Design Focus

The product handleslarge amounts of data and analytics, so the UI should focus on:

• clarity of information
• easy scanning of analytics
• intuitive navigation
• clean SaaS dashboard design

We aim to achieve amodern EdTech SaaS experience comparable to tools like:

• Notion
• Stripe Dashboard
• Linear
• modern SaaS analytics dashboards

Deliverables

The designer will deliver:

1 Wireframes for all key product screens

2 High fidelity UI designs

3 Reusable Figma component library

4 Organized Figma file ready for developer handoff

The final file should include:

01_Wireframes

02_Design System

03_UI Screens

04_Components

All screens must beclearly named and organized by feature.

What This Role Does NOT Include

This role doesnot require:

• UX research
• user interviews
• product strategy
• defining product flows

Allflows and product logic are already finalizedby our team.

• Has experience designingSaaS dashboards
• Is highly proficient inFigma
• Understandsdata-heavy UI and analytics dashboards
• Can createclean, minimal, modern interfaces
• Can designdeveloper-friendly UI components
