Work Responsibilities
As a UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Work with the Product & Design Team to help design wireframes and style guides for our web and mobile-based software applications, keeping in mind customer requirements, product goals, functionality, and user experience
- Convert product wireframes into user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Identify UI-UX gaps in existing software applications by analyzing data collected using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, Usability Interviews, and A/B testing tools
- Use data insights and problem-solving skills to design highly converting UI-UX variants to increase conversion rates of existing UIs
- Occasionally design graphics for branding and marketing efforts (blog feature images, social media images, infographics, etc.)
What You Offer
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2 - 4 years of UI/UX design experience, including wireframing, style guides, and designing user interfaces. A strong design portfolio showcasing your work is a must
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- (Good-to-Have) Analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong eye for visual appeal and detail
- (Good-to-Have) Familiarity with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity to inform design decisions
Your Eligibility Checklist
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Graduation in either BTech/BE in CS, IT, SE, or Masters of Fine Arts (MFA), or Computer Applications, or Bachelor in Design and Master in Design (B.Des and M.Des) from a reputed institution
- 2 - 3 years of experience in UI-UX Designing, preferably in the B2B SaaS Industry
