UI/UX Designer

Your Role

• Conduct stakeholder and end-user interviews to understand business processes, user needs, pain points, and workflow requirements.
• Define user journeys, interaction flows, personas, and information architecture to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with business objectives and usability best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and process actors to validate requirements and refine UI/UX designs.
• Ensure a user-centric design approach by conducting usability reviews, incorporating feedback, and delivering engaging, accessible, and consistent digital experiences.

Your Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX Design, User Research, Human-Centered Design, or related digital experience roles.
• Strong experience in conducting user research, stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and translating insights into design solutions.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, personas, and information architecture artifacts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and best practices for delivering intuitive digital experiences.
