We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing complex SaaS platforms, enterprise web applications, and responsive web products, with a strong understanding of user behavior, product thinking, and modern design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI designs and developer handoff.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for complex SaaS platforms and enterprise web applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Business teams to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.
- Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and analyze feedback to continuously improve product usability.
- Ensure consistency in branding, usability, accessibility, and responsive design across all products.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Optimize existing product workflows to improve customer engagement and reduce user friction.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, AI-assisted design workflows, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proven experience designing SaaS products, enterprise software, dashboards, CRM platforms, or B2B web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design projects from concept to implementation.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Design Systems, Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Deep understanding of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Human-Centered Design.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered products or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience in PropTech, Real Estate Technology, or other B2B SaaS products.
- Exposure to data visualization, analytics dashboards, and enterprise workflows.
- Understanding of design for web applications, mobile applications, and cross-platform experiences.
