About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Aptiva Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product design process for our enterprise SaaS platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating cohesive design systems, developing complex workflow interactions, and designing data-rich dashboards that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable interfaces, working closely with cross-functional teams, and conducting user research to inform design decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the user experience of enterprise-level applications used by a diverse range of clients globally.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing enterprise SaaS products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (advanced level) is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of design systems, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping. Experience in conducting user research, creating wireframes, and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG) is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow interactions, data visualization, and dashboard design is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive designs are critical for this role.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve comprehensive design systems including components and tokens to ensure consistency across products.
- Design complex canvas-based interactions, such as drag-and-drop builders, that facilitate intuitive user workflows.
- Develop innovative data visualization patterns and dashboard designs that effectively present large volumes of information.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from enterprise clients to inform and refine design solutions.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate concepts and facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to assess implementation feasibility and ensure design integrity during development.
- Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
